Ice cream twister machine composed of a group of two , three braiding extrusion devices, connected and synchronized with existing extrusion line. The extrusion device has 3 inlets and 3 outlets, for extrusion of maximum 3-colour stick
product.
The machine capacity:
– (4500-9000) pieces per hour.
– Twister of approx. 80 ml (70 Gr)

COMPONENT’S LIST

– One retractable conveyor belt synchronized to follow the tunnel trays movement.

– Two , Three braiding extruders, activated by gear motor with inverter.

– Pneumatic vertical cutting unit (horizontal , vertical movement )

– The machine can be adjusted from the touch screen in the control panel.

– Two, Three stick inserter
